CarConsultants will handle your collision loss, from retrieving the accident report, to receiving the Insurance claim information, and forms; then caring for all necessary steps to get your vehicle back to pre-accident condition. The fee for this service will be $50.00 per/hour [1 hour minimum charge], which is refundable if CarConsultants does the appraisal and also performs the work that was specified on the estimate. An estimate of the total cost will be given before any work is performed on your claim. Included with this service, CarConsultants will provide you with an accurate description of what services are performed and the documented time spent on each item until the vehicle reaches the auto body repair facility. CarConsultants will also locate, qualify, and schedule the work at our repair facility or one of our chosen professional auto body repair facilities (or one chosen by you, the consumer). Pick-up & delivery of your vehicle is available in this service. Again, there is no charge for this service when CarConsultants does the actual repairs to your vehicle.
